Here are some avatars that you can use at forums etc.



And here are some winamp skins that I made. They are for Winamp 2, so I don't know if they work for Winamp 3. Right click and 'save target as' to download them. Then place them in your "Winamp -> Skins" folder. (The preview images here are about half the size of the real skin, plus the real skins don't have black borders.)
